Lifts open at 9am weather permitting and for a full days skiing, we recommend getting to Ben Lomond Base at least 1 hour prior to lifts opening to get your rental equipment as well as the drive to the mountain.

By purchasing any rental, lift ticket, package, or other product from Ben Lomond Alpine Resort, you acknowledge and agree to all Terms and Conditions of Ben Lomond Alpine Resort.

GENERAL INFORMATION
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, Ben Lomond Alpine Resort will be referred to as "BLAR", "we", "us", or "our".

All products must be purchased online only. Rental packages are only available for collection at our Ben Lomond BASE, not at the mountain ticket office.

The advertised pricing is based on the standard Regular Season Adult One Day Lift Ticket rate.

ELIGIBILITY

These products are valid for use during the 2025 Winter Season only and are subject to availability.

Products are for personal use only and cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes. Any purchase by commercial operators will be invalid and no refunds will be given.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Once purchased, products are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, including if the ticket holder is unable to attend.

No refunds or replacements will be issued for lost, stolen, or unused tickets, or in the event that resort facilities are unavailable for any reason.

Refunds will not be issued for circumstances outside of BLAR’s control, including but not limited to:

  • Insufficient snowfall

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Power outages

  • Any unforeseen operational disruptions

VALIDITY
All products purchased during this promotional period are valid for use only during the 2025 Winter Season.

They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and must be used within the 2025 season. Any unused products will be forfeited without refund.

Lift tickets are intended for all-mountain lift access only.

Any attempt to resell or misuse products will result in the immediate cancellation of the ticket without refund, and may result in legal action.
