E-Bike Hire Booking Information

  • Booking Duration:

    • Sessions are booked on a per-hour basis. Most rides typically last a minimum of 2 hours.
    • If you book for 1 hour but extend your ride, a fee of $3 per 6 minutes per bike hire ($30 per hour) will be deducted from your deposit upon return.
    • If you book for 2 hours and return early, there is no partial refund for unused time.
    • Charges only apply beyond the initial hourly booking.

  • Holding Deposit:

    • A holding deposit of $200 per transaction is required, regardless of the number of bikes hired (1 to 4).
    • Deposits will not be refunded for bikes that are damaged beyond repair or not returned.
    • Late returns (over 30 minutes past the scheduled time) will incur fees, which will also be deducted from the deposit.

  • Bike Damage Waiver (Recommended):

    • We recommend purchasing a waiver fee to cover accidental damage, allowing the bike to be repaired and reused.
    • For bikes damaged beyond repair, where part replacement is insufficient, you will be required to cover the cost of the bike, which can exceed $3,000 per bike.

  • Required Identification:

    • A valid ID, such as a Driver's Licence or Passport, must be presented at the time of hire.
