Refunds

If you book online and the lifts are not operational due to the following, you can still use your day pass on another day in the current season:

1.      Lack of snow preventing the lifts from opening or ending the season early
2.      Adverse weather conditions preventing lifts from operating safely
3.      Government restrictions

We will not refund tickets should you be unable to make it to Ben Lomond on the day you booked your ticket if the above reasons are not met, but we will happily provide you a credit for another day or for the following season.

Season passes are not refundable.
