What does it include?

Our damage waiver covers you in the event of any crash-related damage while riding. For instance, if your derailleur is damaged by hitting a rock or you bend a pedal, you won’t be responsible for the repair costs.

How much does it cost? $35 PER BIKE PER DAY

- Front/rear brake rotor (bend/break): $100
- Front wheel (warp/dent): $280
- Rear wheel (warp/dent): $350

- Pedal (bent/broken): $60
- Shifter lever (bent/broken): $110
- Handlebar (bent/broken): $90
- Rear derailleur (bent/broken): $230
- Crankset (bent/broken): $230
- Dropper post stanchion scratch: $100
- Dropper lever remote breakage: $70
- Dropper post (bend/break): $400
- Fork dent/scratches (into paint): $80-$350
- Fork or shock stanchion damage: $650

Do I need to purchase the damage waiver to rent a bike?

The damage waiver is optional. However, if you choose not to purchase it, you will be responsible for any crash-related damage, including both parts and labor costs.

Can I add the damage waiver after picking up the bike?

You can purchase the waiver at the time of booking online or anytime before you collect the bike Once you have picked up the bike, the damage waiver cannot be added.

What is NOT covered by the damage waiver?

Certain situations are not covered by the damage waiver. This includes theft, intentional damage, or damage not related to riding. For example, if the bike is vandalized or damaged by something like being run over in a parking lot, or not being able to be repaired back to full operational status, you would be liable for the repairs and or full replacement cost of a new e-bike at the full RRP.
