What is NOT covered by the damage waiver?
Certain situations are not covered by the damage waiver. This includes theft, intentional damage, or damage not related to riding. For example, if the bike is vandalized or damaged by something like being run over in a parking lot, or not being able to be repaired back to full operational status, you would be liable for the repairs and or full replacement cost of a new e-bike at the full RRP.
This waiver fee is not refundable upon return should there be no damage at all.
A holding deposit of $200 is required per transaction on arrival. This deposit will not be refunded if any bike is not returned or if the bike(s) are damaged beyond repair. Additionally, late fees will be deducted from the deposit if bikes are returned more than approximately 30 minutes after the scheduled return time.
