• The Resort reserves the right to cancel memberships at its discretion in cases of misuse or misbehavior.

To collect your season pass day use, proof of age and or ID may be required. A photo will also be taken and linked to your profile to keep your pass secure and prevent unauthorised use.

2025 Snow Guarantee Terms & Conditions

1. Guarantee Eligibility:
   Every 2025 season pass comes with a Snow Guarantee. If at least one or more ski lift(s) is non-operational for a total of more than 30 non-consecutive days during the 2025 season, you will be credited 5 ski passes in 2026.
2. Determination of Non-Operational Days:
• "Non-operational days" are defined as days when a ski lift is closed due to insufficient snowfall and or adverse weather conditions, and or such as wind hold and or lifts cannot be used for unsafe conditions.
• Days lost to scheduled maintenance or other pre-planned closures, as designated by resort management, are excluded from this count.
3. Extension Conditions:
• One-Time Extension: If the guarantee is triggered, your 2025 season pass give you 5 day pass credits only.
• Validity Limitation: The extension is valid solely for the season immediately following the initial payment year (i.e., 2026). No additional extensions or refunds will be provided beyond this year.
4. Notification Process:
   Should the Snow Guarantee be activated, season pass holders will be notified in writing with details on how to redeem the 2026 extension.
5. General Provisions:
• By purchasing a 2025 season pass, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Snow Guarantee.
• BEN LOMOND ALPINE RESORT reserves the right to modify these terms, provided that any changes do not retroactively affect season pass holders whose passes were purchased under the current terms.
• Official Ski Season is between June 7th to 30 September 2025
